Sunday is a shared scrapbook app. You can create journals, invite people you know, and add content together. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sunday.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You own the content you add to Sunday — photos, notes, quotes, and everything else. By adding content, you grant Sunday a limited licence to store and display it to the other members of your journals, and to generate recaps on your behalf.
You must have the right to share any content you add. Don't add content that:
When you add content to a shared journal, it becomes part of that journal's shared history. If you leave or are removed, your content remains visible to the other members with your name attached. This reflects the nature of shared memories — they belong to everyone who was there.
The journal owner can remove any content or any member at any time. Every journal has exactly one owner at all times.
Sunday+ is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile and login credentials. Content you added to journals remains visible to other members with your name attached.
If you delete your account while you are the sole owner of a journal with no other members, that journal and all its content will be deleted.
We do our best to keep Sunday running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.
Sunday is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of content.
We strongly encourage you to keep your own copies of photos and other content that matters to you.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
